Ingredients

  • 6 tbspfresh curd
  • 1.5 cupsgrated cucumber
  • 1small grated onion
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1 tspchopped mint leaves
  • 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tspsugar

  1. 1

    In a bowl add cucumber and onion.

    Add curd in a bowl add blend well. Add cucumber and onion to curd. Mix. Add mint leaves, salt, black salt.

    Add, sugar, roasted cumin powder. Mix. Garnish with cucumber pieces, cumin powder and coriander leaves.
