Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 pinchesasafoetida
  • as neededoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add wheat flour, asafoetida, salt and water make a dough for puri keep it for rest for 10 mints

  2. 2

    Now make puri, deep fry in medium hot oil.

  3. 3

    Serve with chole or aloo.
