Soak kale chole overnight

Next morning, in a cooker add kale chole, salt, water and mitha soda.

Soak the tamarind in 1 cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and reserve pulp.

In a small bowl or plate add 4-5 spoon boiled chane and mash them.then add these mash into cooker.

Add tamarind water in small kdai and boil it

Add boiled tamarind water,red chilli powder, dhaniya power and black pepper mix them well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve it hot yummy kale chane
