Ingredients

  • 2 cansfava bean 19 oz each
  • 2 cupstomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1red onion chopped roughly
  • 2 cupchopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cupfresh mint
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 Cupolive oil
  • 1/2 Cupred wine vinegar
  • 3minced cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1 teaspoondry mint بطنج
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the bean cans drain and wash twice in cold water and drain

  2. 2

    Mix the dressing ingredients and whisk all

  3. 3

    Chop all the vegetables 🍅 🧅 add on top bean and mix all add the dressing and serve 😋
