Ingredients

5-10 Minutes
1-2 Servings
  • # The main Ingredient :
  • 100 grof Rice
  • # Spice :
  • 2 Pcsof Garlic
  • 3 Pcsof Rawit Chili (or Cayenne Pepper), add more if you want it to be spicy
  • Terasi (or Indonesian Shrimp Paste)
  • # Additional :
  • Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoonsof Butter
  • Salt and Sugar
  • Fried Onions

Steps

5-10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Mash all The Spices until Smooth (in Indonesia We used to use Pestle & Mortar to Smooth It).

  2. 2

    Prepare a hot pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the spice. stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the rice, then add soy sauce, salt, sugar according to taste. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and enjoy it while it's still hot.
