Take a pressure cooker heat ghee add cumin seeds add all veggies cook it for 3 min.

Now add all spices mix it well.

Then add washed rice and dal and required water and coriander leaves mix it well.

Cover the lid tightly and cook it for 3-5 whistle.

Serve hot.
