Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. 4-5ice cubes
  4. 2-3 tablespoonsugar
  5. 5-6almonds chopped
  6. 5-6cashew nuts chopped
  7. as neededraisins
  8. 5-6strings of saffron for garnishing
  9. as needed nuts for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a blending jar,add curd,milk,sugar,almonds,cashewnuts,raisins and ice cubes. Now blend it with a blender.

    Pour lassi in a glass. Garnish with kesar and nuts Serve chilled.
