By using only few ingredients I made uttpa for dinner. I will use remaining batter for idli which I kept for fermentation.
Steps

Soak daal and rice separately for 6-8 hrs, blend it to soft purée form.

Mix it together and keep it by covering with lid for 4-5 hrs.

Keep dosa tava to heat on medium flame, Grease with oil, add little batter and rotate in a direction. Sprinkle chopped veggies and masala, cover with lid.

Roast from other side, serve with sauce or raita or can consume as it is.
