White Cupcakes are soft, delicate, simple and easy to make. These cupcakes are truly heavenly. They are light, tender and moist. They will hold any frostings and fillings you may want to add. Whipped butter cream frosting is equally as soft and airy as these cupcakes, making them the perfect match. Bake your cupcakes for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. The edges of your cupcakes may be lightly brown. Transfer your cupcakes to a wire cooking rack to cool completely. Made in Air Fryer. You can make it in Oven.

Steps
- 1
Preheat the air fryer to 120°. Apply butter to the cup cake moulds. Set aside.
- 2
In a medium bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: cake flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- 3
In a large bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar.
- 4
Add vanilla essence and beat until light and fluffy, about a minute.
- 5
Add egg whites and beat for another minute.
- 6
Add the flour mixture to butter mixture in thirds, alternating with the milk, until all the ingredients are incorporated and batter is smooth. Do not overmix.
- 7
Pour batter into cupcake moulds, filling each 2/3 fill.
- 8
Bake in preheated air fryer at 120° for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool.
- 9
Serve it as it is, with a nice hot cup of ginger-cardamom tea or Adding any frosting to it will make it perfect for weddings, events and birthdays. I suggest whipped buttercream frosting because it is equally as soft and airy as these cupcakes, making them the perfect match.
