Lebanese style Kabab Platter

As I have told before in my stories that I was born and brought up in Kuwait, so Arabic cuisine is one of my favourites.. This time I tried making Kabab in Lebanese style using our Pakistani spices.. yet it tasted great.. it's a must try for food lovers..
I ended up making this kabab paratha roll and it was tasty as well. These Kabab were a treat with these stir fried vegetables.
So these Kabab being not so spicy, you can easily make paratha rolls for kids so that it can be easily handled and eaten by kids.
Tip:
For the Kababs to be in shape, heat the oil first.
And frozen Kababs hold their shape best.
