  • Leftover macroni
  • 1/2 cupmaida
  • 2 tbspsooji
  • Tomato sauce
  • 2 cubescheese
  • 1/4 tbspkalonji
  • 1/4 tsporegano
  • Salt
  • Oil

    Take maida, sooji, salt, kalonji and 2tbsp oil in a bowl. Mix it well and make a dough. Keep it for 15 mins.

    Take a small portion from the dough and roll it. Apply tomato sauce over it and keep macroni stuffing at one end. Top it with grated cheese and oregano.

    Mix 2 tbsp of maida and water to make a paste. Apply this paste at the corner of the disc and fold it to half. press the corners with the help of a fork to seal it properly.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry it at low flame.crispy calzones are ready to serve.
