  • 2bananas
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4 cupflour

    Mash bananas in bowl with fork. Add eggs and flour. Whisk until mixed.

    Heat cast iron w vegetable oil (or butter) and cook for 2 min on each side.

    Top w maple syrup
