Steps

Mix Flour with sugar together, stir it

Mix sugar and flour mixture with butter

Add cold water little by little until the dough is not dry but not sticky

Put the dough into refrigerator for 1 hour

Peer the apple and silce into small pieces

Mix apple with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juices and salt and flour

Keep the apple mixture into fridge for 1 hour

Take the dough out of the refrigerator

Pre heat the oven at 200 degree

Roll the dough using rolling pin and make the bottom of pie

Pour the apple mixture and evenly spear

Roll another dough and cover the apple filling

Brush the egg onto the surface

Put it into oven for 50 mins

Take it out and dry before cutting into slices
