Ingredients: 1 cucumber grated; 1 small sized carrot grated; 1 beetroot grated; 1 small onion finely chopped; 1-2 green chillies finely chopped; 1 tomato chopped; 1/2 capsicum grated; To taste black and white salt; To taste black pepper powder and red chilli powder; 1/2 tsp coriander and cumin powder; Handful coriander leaves; To taste chat masala

Wash and peel all veggies

Now finely chop and grate them.

Take curd in a bowl. Whisk it well, now add all the dry masala.

Now add all veggies gradually and mix it well.

Enjoy this healthy raita as it is or with your meal.
