1 tablespoonsugar
1 tablespoonturmeric
HandfulCoriander
as requiredPeanuts

As per taste lemon

4chillies
As per taste Salt

Steps

Wash poha and soak it. Take a pan and add oil and peanuts in it.

Then add onion and green chillies in it.

Add all masalas in it and stir it well.

Add poha in pan now and mix it well.

Spread coriander on it and take it in dish and serve it.
