Marinate Prawns for 1 hour in ginger garlic paste & curd

Heat Ghee/Butter, add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon

Add prawns, toss till pink on high flame

Add salt, chilli powder

Add turmeric & coconut milk

Remove prawns from pan and allow gravy to cook till thick

Serve with steamed rice.
