1 cupwheat flour
4 tbspsugar
1 pinchbaking soda
1 tbspcrushed mixed nuts
1 tspdesicated coconut
Water for making paste
Oil for frying

Steps

Take a bowl put flour in it

Than add baking soda,sugar,nuts and desicated coconut

Now add water gradually and mixing well make sure no lumps remaining

Make a smooth thick paste and than take a wok put oil in it wait till it becomes hot

Now put 1 tsp of batter in hot oil and fry till golden colour appears gulgulay is ready to serve
