Ingredients

  1. 400 gmcurd
  2. 3 glasschilled water
  3. For buttermilk masala
  4. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1 tspblack salt
  7. 1 tspnormal salt
  8. 1/2 tspdry mint powder or fresh mint leaves
  9. 2 pinchasafoetida powder
  10. For garnish
  11. 2 tspnamkin boondi and mint leaves

    In a mixture jar put fresh curd and blend it

    Add water and mix it

    Add all the ingredients

  4. 4

    Ice cubes or garnish up to your choice
