  1. 250 gramCurd/yogurt
  2. 2 glasswater(cold)
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1 teaspoonblack salt
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1/3 cupchopped mint leaves
  7. 1/3 cupchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper(crushed/grinded)
  9. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli in a grinding jar.

    Add 2 tablespoon of water and coarsely grind it in grinding jar.

    Put curd, roasted cumin powder,black salt, black pepper and salt in the same grinding jar.

    Transfer the blended curd in a big bowl, add 2 glass of water and stir it well.

    Add salt, cumin powder and black salt and mix it well.

    Garnish it with mint leaves ice cubes and serve chilled. ENJOYY!!
