Kombucha is a fermented tea which is incredibly good for your gut health by restoring good bacteria and fungi in the gut!
Steps

Bring water to boil to make sweet tea.

Add sugar and tea bags. Allow to steep for 15 mins.

Remove tea bags. Allow to completely cool - at least to room temperature.

Add sweet tea to kombucha and mother SCOBY in a sterilized jar/jug.
- 5
Cover with muslin cloth / tea towel. Brew for 1-2 weeks.
