Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 cupPoha
  • 1Potato
  • 1Onion
  • 2 tspOil
  • 4 tbspPeanut
  • 1/2 cupPeas
  • 2-3Chilli
  • 1/2 tbspBlack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededDal Mixture (optional) to enhance taste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat wok and fry peanuts keep it aside. Then fry potato peas and chilli and keep aside.

    Add oil and put Poha into it and fry continuously.add salt. Fry Till it gets golden.

    Add the ingredients and fry well. Take it out in a plate and sprinkle raw onion, pepper powder, mixture.
