Lapsi (easy recipe with least ingredients)

To make lapsi, heat ghee in a pan (kadal), add saunf & saute it a little.

Now add broken wheat & cook it on slow flame till it turns golden brown in colour.

Add warm water. Mix it & let it cook on high flame till the water starts boiling. Keep stirring till the water evaporates & broken wheat is cooked.

Add the sugar & cardamom powder. Mix well & cook on slow flame. Keep stirring till the separates. Switch off the gas & cover the pan with a lid for 2-3min.

You can garnish it with almond. Serve hot.
