Palak Khichdi
Steps

Combine rice & dal in a large bowl. Rinse it with clean water for 3-4 times & soak it in enough water for half an hour. Drain the water.

In a pressure cooker heat ghee & add jeera, adrak & green chilli paste, hing, curry leaves & haldi powder. Saute it for a few seconds.

Now add chopped tomatoes & palak. Saute it a low flame for 5 min. Then add garam masala & salt.

Then add water & mixture of soaked dal & rice. Mix it well. Close the lid & pressure cook it for 3 whistles.

Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. After opening mash the khichdi with the help of a spoon. If it is not very soft then add little warm water & mash it again.

Serve hot with ghee on top. Can be eaten with curd or curry.
