Take one big bowl and boil milk in it.

Now take one pan and heat ghee in it. And then take makhana and put it and sauté it.

Then add the makhana in the milk. Now boil it for 10 minutes. Then add sugar in it.

Now add saffron and dry fruits in the milk.

Delicious Makhana kheer is ready. Put it in the fridge. Serve it cold.
