Steps

Melt your margarine in the milk until milk is warm to touch

Add in sugar and mala then combine

Slowly add in the milk and margarine mixture and mix

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until pliable

Leave to rest covered for about 20 minutes

Make balls(mine yielded 7pieces)

Flour your surface and roll out,then cut into quarters

Heat your oil and fry until brown on each side
- 9
Serve warm with beverage of choice
