Ingredients

  • Butter
  • White port wine
  • White wine
  • Thyme
  • Sugar, salt

    Brown the onions with butter, tad of salt. Deglaze with both wine and let it slowly cook till the softened.

  2. 2

    Add thyme and let it absorb, finishing with a tad of butter.
