Stuffed tomato
Steps

Wash and cut tomato like picture and remove between portion and keep aside.

Grate paneer and mix spices

Fill paneer into tomato

In a kadhai add oil when properly hot add asafoetida and cumin seeds when cracked add chopped green chilli and ginger mix removing portion of tomato

Now place stuffed tomato into Kadhai and cook for 5 minutes on low heat cover with lid
- 6
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha or nan and enjoy
