Store cupboard goulash

We went to Prague last year and had an amazing goulash. I've tried to recreate it using what I had, apologies to those out there who know how to do it right, but it was seriously tasty! I didn't have beef so used pork. It was served with fresh bread and a potato dumpling that I didn't try to make, so I just stuck with bread! #budgetbasics #goulash #stew

Steps
- 1
Sauté carrots celery and onions in some oil. Add meat and brown. Add paprika and stir well
- 2
Add tomatoes and stock. Season to taste. I decided to throw some more onions in at this stage! Now turn down the heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours, add more stock as needed
- 3
Add some marjoram and serve with more sliced onion and crusty bread 😀
