Ingredients

  1. Fordough-
  2. 1 cupWheat flour(aata)
  3. 2 tspoil(for dough)
  4. 1/4 tspCarom seeds
  5. Forfilling-
  6. 4Potatoes(boiled)
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. as requiredChopped green chillies
  9. as requiredchopped coriander leaves
  10. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  11. As per tasteSalt
  12. 2 tspOil
  13. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  14. little oil for brushing samosas

Cooking Instructions

    Take sieved aata in a vessel. Add oil, carom seeds and salt. Knead into a firm dough using lukewarm water. Let the dough rest for half an hour. Re knead it and make smooth dough applying little oil.

    For stuffing- Take oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds.Put boiled crushed potatoes in pan.Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,green chillies and salt.Mix well and add coriander leaves.

    Stuffing ready.Let it get cool.

    Take a portion of dough. Roll it thin. Cut it into 2 halves. Shape into cone.

    Fill the stuffing in the conical samosa.Seal the edges applying water.

    Prepare all the samosas and place on greased baking tray.

    Place the samosas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Brush little oil on the samosas. Bake for 20-25 mins or until crisp. Make sure to flip on another side after 10-15 mins.

    Crispy and healthy baked samosas ready.
