Steps

    Blanch in salt water for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Shock freeze

  3. 3

    Pre fried at 150c for 8 minutes

  4. 4

    Re-freeze

  5. 5

    Re fried at 180c for 4 mins

  6. 6

    Use the kitchen towel to remove excess oil before serving.
