Steps

Cut chicken leg into cubes. Marinade with minced garlic, minced ginger, chicken power (optional), salt, black pepper.

Boiled a pot of water with some salt and olive oil. Once boiled, throw in penne. Cooked for about 5mins, throw in broccoli and cook for another 4-6mins.

Heat up olive oil, add marinated chicken cubes and stir fry till almost cooked. Remove and set aside.

Heat up olive oil, add in minced garlic. Saute till fragrant. Add mushroom and cook for abt a minute.

Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Add in milk mixture. Bring it to a simmer again. Add in parmasan cheese until it melts through the sauce.

Add in chicken cubes, give it a few stirs. Add in cooked penne and broccoli. Mixed well and reduce the heat to a slow simmer while stirring occasionally (about 2-3 mins).

Serve and enjoy.
