500 mlColostrum milk (Chik wala dudh)
1/2 cupwater
1 cupsugar
1/2 tspElaichi (cardamom)ya kesar(saffron strands) for flavor

Mix all the ingredients nicely

In large pot take 2cup of water place a stand in side keep pot on medium flame now pour the batter in the plate and sprinkle some safron strands or green cardoman powder now place the plate on the stand in side the large pot

Cover the lid having a vent and steam the milk mixture for 5 to 10 minutes
