Ingredients

3 packetHide and seek biscuits
1 cupfresh Malai( cream)
1/2 cupmilk powder
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupsugar rm
1 tspchocolate essence
as neededChocolate chips
as neededchocolate syrup

Steps

First take hide and seek biscuits and sugar in mixer jar and grind till fine powder.(grind in 2 or 3 batches).

Take off in a mixing bowl, add milk powder and mix well.

Now add fresh malai and mix it.add milk and mix well.

Now add chocolate essence and mix.

Now using hand beater or electronic beater beat the mixture until creamy.

Pour the mixture into a box and first cover with cling wrap or foil and then cover with lid to avoid ice crystle.keep the box in deep freezer for about 2 to 3 hours to half set.

After 2 or 3 hours take the icecream in blender jar and again blend till light and creamy.

Pour the mixture into the air tight box,keep it in freezer and let it set completely or over night.delucious hide and seek icecream is ready to scoop. Garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate syrup and enjoy.
