Wash and peel off the potatoes and grate it

Soak grated potatoes in cold water and then extract the water and squeeze it well

Then lower the heat and fry till they become golden brown

And then take them out and spread them on tissue paper so that extra oil absorbs

In another pan fry cashews raisins and peanuts, curry leaves and almonds.

Now in a bowl mix laccha peanuts cashews raisins and also almonds and sprinkle spices and mix well

And then let it cool down and then serve or store them in air tight container
