Ingredients

10-15 minute
4 servings
  • 4medium size potatoes
  • 2 tbsppeanuts
  • 2 tbspcashews
  • 2 tbspsliced almonds
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededoil for frying
  • 2 tbspraisins
  • 2 stringscurry leaves

Steps

10-15 minute
  1. 1

    Wash and peel off the potatoes and grate it

  2. 2

    Soak grated potatoes in cold water and then extract the water and squeeze it well

  3. 3

    Now let it dry with help of kitchen towel

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan on high flame

  5. 5

    Add grated potatoes in the frying pan and fry it for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Then lower the heat and fry till they become golden brown

  7. 7

    And then take them out and spread them on tissue paper so that extra oil absorbs

  8. 8

    In another pan fry cashews raisins and peanuts, curry leaves and almonds.

  9. 9

    Now in a bowl mix laccha peanuts cashews raisins and also almonds and sprinkle spices and mix well

  10. 10

    And then let it cool down and then serve or store them in air tight container
