  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1/2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tsp eachRoasted cummin,red chilli and coriander powder
  • as requiredcoriander leaves
  • Fewgreen chillies
  • 1/2 tbspBlack mustard seed
  • as requiredOil
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • 1/4 tbspTurmeric powder

  1. 1

    Make a batter of gram flour, soda, salt turmeric powder.

    Heat oil and with the help of spatula pour the batter in oil.

    Take curd add bundi salt sugar masala coriander leaves, chilli and tadka with mustard seed
