Take aquafaba liquid in a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, vanilla extract and orange zest. Beat the mixture on high speed for 10-13 minutes unitl you see soft peaks forming.

Now add powdered sugar mixed with cornflour in 3 batches and continuously beat the mixture till you get stuff peaks. This will take anywhere between 10-15 minutes.

Now transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe meringues on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or silicon mat. Bake the meringues in a preheated oven over 120°c for 2 hours.

Once baked immediately transfere them into a airtight container, and store them in a refrigerator.
