Dal Pakwan

To prepare pakwan, take a deep frying pan with oil in it and fry the leftover rotis in it. This tastes just like pakwan.

Now soak chana dal for half an hour and then boil it for 15-20 minutes.

Now add a 'tadka' of curry leaves and green chilli in the dal then, add water to the dal if it is thick.

Serve pakwan with garlic and green chutneys, onions and can sprinkle sev as per taste. Enjoy a nice meal out of leftover rotis.
