Well, my cousin is allergic to eggs and my nephew is allergic to dairy products.This cake is EGGLESS!! DAIRY FREE!! and i use oil not butter. #breakfastideas

In a bowl sieve flour+baking powder+baking soda.

Mix 1cup water + vinegar and pour to your dry ingredients.

After mixing,add 1/2 cup oil.Mix well.

For your brown part.In a bowl add 1tbs instant coffee.

Add 2 tbs drinking Choco to the coffee.Add a bit of water and mix to a thick paste.

Divide your cake mixture into two.To one of the parts mix with the Choco coffee mix.Mix properly

To the second part add your other flavor of choice

Prep your baking dish.

Att the bottom start with the brown mix then white.Use this pattern to the end.

Bake for 45minutes.180 degrees Celsius or until cake is done.Thank you.
