Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprice flour (about 60 grams)
  2. 3 tablespoonssugar (about 40 grams)
  3. 3eggs
  4. 3 1/3 tablespoons milk (about 50 ml)

    Separate the egg whites and yolks.

    Add 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (about 20 grams) to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until it forms a creamy consistency as shown in the picture.

    Add the remaining sugar to the egg yolks, along with the milk, and sift in the flour. Mix well.

    Combine the two mixtures together and pour into a mold. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, then bake at 340°F (170°C) for about 20 minutes until the cake is done. Once the cake cools, add the cheese sauce and roll it up to complete the cake.
