Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsground egusi
  • 2ground fresh pepper
  • 2ground tatashe
  • 2ground fresh tomatoe
  • 1small onion
  • 6 piecesteam fish
  • 1/2 cuppalm oil
  • 2maggi cube
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat palm oil in a clean pot add the ground ingredients and fry for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Add the fish maggi cube, salt, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the egusi, cover the pot, do not stir and cook on low heat for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with Tuwo shinkafa, Enjoy😋😋
