Very simple roast chicken roasted with store cupboard garlic granules and rosemary from the garden. Lovely natural flavours. #budgetbasics

Prep the chicken by placing it in a deep roasting dish. Place 3 stalks of rosemary into the cavity, then sprinkle the remaining picked leaves from the last sprig over the chicken. Sprinkle the garlic granules over the chicken then drizzle with the olive oil.

Roast according the instructions on your packaging, until the juices run clear. Baste several times during the cook.
