Ingredients

  • 8white onions
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspdried thyme
  • Handfuldried Apricots
  • 1 tbspdark muscavado sugar
  • 3 tbspW W Vinegar
  • 1/2 tspdried Tarragon
  • S&P

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onions in butter over a medium heat till soft & just start to colour

    Add herbs, garlic Apricots & vinegar. Turn up heat. Once vinegar has evaporated add sugar & continue to cook.

    Once your happy with the colour season, taste & pot
