Sprouts salad
Steps

Put tadka - put moong daal, Mustard and Jeera seeds in little oil

Add onions to it and let them cook for 2 mins

Add sprouts and mix for 4-5mins and add salt and chillies/ red chilli powder if you prefer it spicy

Add tomato and cucumber and coriander. switch off the flame and let it stay with lid covered for 5 mins and then enjoy the heathy snack

Alternate for step four is exclude cucumber m let tomato cook as well for 5 mins and garnish with coriander
