Ingredients

  1. 12 sliceswhole wheat bread (white bread can be used)

  4. 1 cupcorn
  5. 3 clovesgarlic, finely crushed

  8. 1 tablespoonpaprika
  9. 1/2 tablespoononion powder
  10. Salt and black pepper to taste
  11. 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  12. For the béchamel sauce:

  14. 2 tablespoonsflour
  15. 1vegetable bouillon cube
  16. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  17. 1tomato, sliced lengthwise for serving

Cooking Instructions

    For the chicken: Heat the pan and add olive oil and garlic, stirring well. Then add the chopped chicken to a very hot pan until it turns white.
