Ingredients

  • 2potato
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1 cupblack chick peas
  • 1 cupgreen grams
  • 1 cupskinned dal
  • 1 cupFrench beans
  • 1 cupcarrot
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 3-4tomatoes
  • 2-3bay leaves
  • pinchHing/asafoetida
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3-4 cuprice
  • 1 tablespoonhaldi/ Turmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2-3 tablespoonsabji masala
  • 2 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil hot water and add all the grams to it than cook for 5-6 mins.

  2. 2

    Than add all the vegetables and all the spices including 2-3 spoon of ghee cook for a while after than add washed rice to if cook for 1/2-1 hours till it constantly becomes messey

  3. 3

    Take a pan add ghee and hing raj, cumin seeds, bay leaves and than add this to boiled rice... ready to serve.
