Peel garlic and cut bottle gourd into small pieces.

In a pressure cooker put oil add mustard seed and urad dhal. When it splitters add curry leaves.

Then add garlic fry it.Put bottle guard and fry it. Add salt and sambar powder.

Cook for 2 whistles.
