Ingredients

5 rolls
  1. 2 packNatto
  2. 450 gSushi rice
  3. 5Nori sheets

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    If you have square shape of Nori (Seaweed sheet) that need to cut it into half. There are long side and short side then fold and cut off the long side in half.

  2. 2

    Place a Nori sheet on "Makisu" (Bamboo mat), spread 90g Sushi rice on Nori. Need to make a space front(5mm) and back side(1cm) this time.

    Add the Natto on the middle of rice, then roll it up! If you don't have image for it what I prepared the recipe's video !! ↓
