Rajma chaat

Wash and Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook for 10 minutes after first whistle and then leave aside ro release the pressure automatically.

Wash peel and chop onion.

Chop tomatoes, coriander leaves and green chilli.
- 4
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and squeeze a lemon and sprinkle chaat masala and salt and mix well. Decorate with tomato slices and serve.
