Ingredients

  • 2 bunches (300 gr)spinach, cut, washed
  • 150 grcorn kernel
  • 4 clovesshallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 clovesgarlic, thinly sliced
  • 1lt chicken broth
  • 1,5 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder or to taste
  • 1/2 tspmushroom bouillon
  • 1medium tomato, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken broth.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and shallots followed by corn kernel. Keep boiling until the corn kernel softened.

  3. 3

    Add spinach. Season with salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom bouillon.

  4. 4

    Add tomato. Mix well. Remove from the heat.

  5. 5

    Serve over warm rice and some other dishes. Yum! 😋
