Ingredients

  1. 80 gbeef slices
  2. 1/2onion, minced
  3. 8 gminced garlic
  4. 10 gfried shallots
  5. 1/2green bell pepper, sliced
  6. 1/2red bell pepper, sliced
  7. 1/2yellow bell pepper, sliced
  8. 5 gblack pepper
  9. 5 gwhite pepper
  10. 80 gchicken broth
  11. 30 gunsalted butter
  12. 1little flour (or lotus root powder) for thickening
  13. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  14. Teppanyaki Sauce:
  15. 1 teaspoonsugar
  16. 1 teaspoonsalt
  17. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  18. 2 tablespoonsA1 sauce
  19. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce paste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the teppanyaki sauce ingredients well and set aside.

    Add olive oil to the pan, then add minced onion, minced garlic, and fried shallots. Sauté until golden brown.

    Add beef slices, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, black pepper, and white pepper. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

    Add the teppanyaki sauce and chicken broth. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, then add unsalted butter for a richer flavor.

    Mix flour with a little water, add to the pan to thicken, and serve.
